Sow the seeds in spring or autumn in prepared soil or pots. Soak the seeds for 12 hours before sowing, then sow and cover with soil. Water them. Keep the soil moist for the first 1-2 weeks. A biennial plant will flower the following year if sown in spring, and the following year if sown in late summer/autumn. Enjoy the spectacle!
