Dandelion (Taraxacum officinale) 2g, ~5000 seeds
875 Ft
I don't think anyone needs to be introduced to our best-known herb, which is time for better marketing than ever before. The dandelion(Taraxacum officinale) is one of our most useful flowers for bees: its spring opening is an important time for bee feeding and it also flowers for a long time, even into late autumn. All parts can be used and eaten: the flowers can be made into syrup, the leaves into salad and the roots into a coffee substitute similar to chicory. It is also a perfect choice for sowing in the lawn.
Features:
- other names: dandelion, dog's milk, lamb's head, lamb's lettuce, frog's lettuce, frog's bane, frog's blossom, buddleia, bogwort, chickweed, pigweed, night-flower, lanternflower, lion's tooth, pimpernel, pipe-flower, raponc, wild lettuce, mudflower, milkweed, hen's bane, blind chickweed

Sow in the spring or autumn in prepared soil in its final location. Do not cover the seeds with soil, or only thinly. Water them. Keep the soil moist for the first 1-2 weeks. Enjoy the sight!
